انطلاق حملة «صوتي قراري - لا للتعيين» للمطالبة بانتخابات حرة ومباشرة للمجلس الوطني الفلسطيني
أعلن مركز العودة الفلسطيني انطلاق فعاليات حملة «صوتي قراري – لا للتعيين»، وهي حملة شعبية فلسطينية تُعنى بانتخابات المجلس الوطني الفلسطيني 2026، وتركز على حق الفلسطينيين في الوطن والشتات في المشاركة في اختيار أعضاء المجلس، وعلى النقاش الدائر حول التعيين والمجامع الانتخابية والآليات محدودة المشاركة.
وتأتي الحملة برعاية مركز العودة الفلسطيني، وتحت مظلة حملة «العودة حقي وقراري» التي أطلقها المركز عام 2020 للدفاع عن حق العودة، ونجحت في جمع أكثر من مليون توقيع من الفلسطينيين ومناصري حقوقهم في مختلف أنحاء العالم. وقد تجاوز عدد التوقيعات المسجل على منصتها حالياً 1.02 مليون توقيع.
وتطورت «العودة حقي وقراري» من حملة ركزت في انطلاقتها على حق العودة إلى مظلة ومنصة أوسع لحملات ومبادرات شعبية تتناول قضايا وحقوقاً تمس الفلسطينيين في الوطن والشتات، وتوفر مساحة للمشاركة الشعبية في القضايا المرتبطة بحقوقهم ومستقبلهم.
وفي هذا السياق، تمثل «صوتي قراري – لا للتعيين» إحدى الحملات التي تنطلق تحت هذه المظلة، وتركز على انتخابات المجلس الوطني الفلسطيني المقررة لعام 2026، في ظل الجدل المتصاعد حول آليات اختيار أعضائه، ولا سيما في دول الشتات.
وتقوم الحملة على عريضة شعبية تطالب بإجراء انتخابات حرة ومباشرة وشاملة وشفافة، وبإتاحة أوسع مشاركة ممكنة للفلسطينيين في الوطن والشتات في اختيار أعضاء المجلس الوطني، مع الاعتراض على تحول التعيين أو المجامع الانتخابية والآليات محدودة المشاركة إلى بديل عن الاقتراع الشعبي المباشر.
ويأتي إطلاق فعاليات الحملة بالتزامن مع بدء إجراءات تشكيل المجلس الوطني وظهور نقاشات واعتراضات في عدد من ساحات الشتات بشأن استخدام المجامع الانتخابية والتعيين وآليات الاختيار غير المباشر. وقد تناولت ورقة حديثة أصدرها مركز العودة الفلسطيني هذه الإشكاليات من الجانبين القانوني والسياسي، مشيرة إلى أن النظام الأساسي لمنظمة التحرير يجعل الانتخاب المباشر أصلاً في تشكيل المجلس، فيما يتيح النظام الانتخابي لعام 2026 آليات بديلة في حالات تعذر الاقتراع المباشر. انتخابات المجلس الوطني الفلسطين…
وتشمل فعاليات «صوتي قراري» جمع التوقيعات على العريضة، وإنتاج مواد تعريفية ومقاطع مصورة وشهادات من فلسطينيين في مناطق مختلفة، إلى جانب التواصل مع الجاليات والمؤسسات والشخصيات الفلسطينية وفتح المجال أمام المبادرات والأنشطة المحلية المرتبطة بموضوع الانتخابات.
وتحمل الحملة شعار:

Launch of “My Vote” Campaign, Calling for Direct Elections to the Palestinian National Council
The Palestinian Return Centre (PRC) has announced the launch of activities for the “My Vote, My Decision – No to Appointments” campaign, a Palestinian grassroots initiative focusing on the 2026 Palestinian National Council elections. The campaign highlights the right of Palestinians in Palestine and the diaspora to participate in choosing members of the Council, while addressing concerns surrounding appointments, electoral colleges and other mechanisms that restrict broader public participation.
The campaign is supported by the Palestinian Return Centre and operates under the umbrella of the “My Return, My Right, My Decision” campaign, which PRC launched several years ago to defend the Palestinian right of return. That campaign succeeded in collecting more than one million signatures from Palestinians and supporters of Palestinian rights around the world.
“My Return, My Right, My Decision” has since developed from a campaign focused specifically on the right of return into a broader platform and umbrella for grassroots campaigns and initiatives addressing issues and rights affecting Palestinians in Palestine and across the diaspora. It aims to provide a space for wider public participation in issues concerning Palestinian rights and their future.
In this context, “My Vote, My Decision – No to Appointments” is one of the campaigns launched under this umbrella. It focuses on the 2026 Palestinian National Council elections amid growing debate over the mechanisms used to select Council members, particularly in diaspora communities.
The campaign centres on a public petition calling for free, direct, inclusive and transparent elections, and for the widest possible participation of Palestinians in Palestine and the diaspora in choosing members of the Palestinian National Council. It also raises concerns over appointments, electoral colleges and restricted-participation mechanisms becoming substitutes for direct popular voting.
The campaign’s activities are being launched as procedures for forming the Palestinian National Council are already under way, alongside growing debate and objections in several diaspora communities over the use of electoral colleges, appointments and other indirect selection mechanisms.
A recent paper published by the Palestinian Return Centre examined these issues from both legal and political perspectives. It noted that the Basic Law of the Palestine Liberation Organization establishes direct election as the principle governing the formation of the Palestinian National Council, while the 2026 electoral system allows alternative mechanisms where direct voting cannot be held.
Activities under the “My Vote, My Decision” campaign include collecting signatures on the petition, producing awareness materials, videos and testimonies from Palestinians in different locations, as well as engaging with Palestinian communities, institutions and public figures and encouraging local initiatives related to the elections.
The campaign carries the slogan:
“My vote, my decision. No one represents me without my choice.”
